Curry Leaf Chicken Pakora (Pakoda)
Ingredients
- 500 gm boneless chicken
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon tandoori chicken masala
- 12 -15 curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 4 tablespoons Rice Flour
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon corn flour
- 4 slit chilies
- salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Add egg, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric, curry leaves, ginger and garlic paste and salt in a bowl.
- Toss the chicken cubes in the bowl and mix well. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Add the rice flour and corn flour to the bowl and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken cubes until they turn golden brown.
