How To Make Curry Leaf Chicken Pakora

Curry Leaf Chicken Pakora (Pakoda)




 





















Ingredients
  • 500 gm boneless chicken
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon tandoori chicken masala
  • 12 -15 curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 4 tablespoons Rice Flour
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon corn flour
  • 4 slit chilies
  • salt to taste 
  • Oil for deep frying


How To Prepare :
  1. Add egg, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric, curry leaves, ginger and garlic paste and salt in a bowl.
  2. Toss the chicken cubes in the bowl and mix well. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the rice flour and corn flour to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken cubes until they turn golden brown.

Prep Time : 20 min Cooking Time : 15 min
